We use Genio here at Argosy Gaming and are completely satisfied. The major reason we selected it was simply because it could
issue sql directly against Teradata and thus did NOT require data to pass through the engine for transformations. This was important
to us so that we could take further advantage of Teradata's performance and complete our transformations faster than on an external
ETL server. It is also an extremely easy tool to learn and the tech support is first rate. I am only aware of one other North
American Genio customer. If you have any more specific questions, feel free to let me now.
