| Subj: | | Queryman vs other tools when multiple database environments exist |
| |
| From: | | Andy McCann |
The site I am currently at is new to Teradata and I'm helping some business analysts decide which information discovery tool would
be best for them. They want to use one tool against Teradata and Oracle databases. For Teradata, we really want them to use
Queryman, but they are asking how well this performs with Oracle. Anyone got any feedback on Queryman vs Oracle, how well does it
perform?
Also, does anyone have similar feedback on using other tools against Teradata, specifically TOAD or Sqlnavigator. Any pitfalls we
need to be aware of?
Thanks in anticipation.
