Yes, there is a list of Enhancement Requests. You can get access to it via NCR@YourService (a.k.a. SupportLink).

It's maintained by one of the user group committees, the Product Advisory Council (PAC), of which I'm a member (& Fred Pluebell, who replied to you, is Chair). See the Partners web site for more details of the PAC:
