I am usually very negative about 'these' type of systems. I have resisted logging in for quite some time (we have had access to
the old system since 1998).... but now that I have logged in.... I have found quite a few very good pieces of information.... And
many good articles. Once you get used to its 'quirks' I think you may find some value in this tool.
Find the NCR rep in your area and make them come in and sit with you...... once they experience the frustration first hand that
you are having..... Things may change..... I know 'we' have made several good suggestions to these folks by having them SEE their
own tools through our eyes.....
