Hello Yvonne,
ODBC version 2.02 was certified with V2R4.0 only. In general, the client products are backward compatible, not forward.
Therefore, when upgrading to V2R4.1, you also need to upgrade ODBC and other client utilities to the latest versions. For ODBC
versions 2.08.02 or 3.00.00 are acceptable. Please refer to the following URL for more information
www.info.ncr.com/ select Teradata Data Warehousing, then Teradata Client, then select ODBC
for example.
