Does your 'user' or 'client' community perceive value in your warehouse....? If they don't then IT will have a very difficult time in convincing upper management of its value. Can your clients/users quantify any ROI from reports or decisions that have been made from your warehouse data? Is there any other source for the information that you have in your warehouse....? If so is it easier to use ...more functional then what you are doing?
