When doing a copy operation I get the following message:

*** Warning 3803:Table 'FAIL_LKUP' already exists.
*** Failure 2640:Specified table does not exist in 3.

I then tried to drop and recreate the table and got the following message:

3668: A table listed in the Dictionary is not present.

I tried running a build on the table and got:

"BIS_LKUP"."FAIL_LKUP" - BUILDING TABLE
UTILITY EVENT NUMBER - 286
*** Warning 2972:No table header exists for table.
"BIS_LKUP"."FAIL_LKUP" - SKIPPED BUILDING DUE TO ERRORS
STATEMENT COMPLETED

All I want to do is get rid of this table so I can recreate it. It is a development table. Any ideas?
