I have heard two different scenarios for cleaning up the Resusage tables -- one is that I can execute a job periodically that deletes from res... where thedate < parameter. This is mentioned in the Teradata Resource Usage and Macros Book. In addition, a co- worker attended a class where someone indicated they are using ML Delete to clean up the resusage tables.

Is it possible to use this utility against the Resusage tables? I heard you cannot use. Is anyone actually using the Multiload Delete against resusage tables? I quickly scanned the manuals but didn't see anything and an answer would save me a little time. Thanks!
