Hi Carmen:

If MLOAD thinks the DBMS has crashed, that means that it is not getting back replies in a timely fashion. Is it possible that the block size has increased with MLOAD for that release? If so, it could be flooding your network and causing the problem.

I would check it out with NCR Support personnel.
