It appears that a colleague of mine did a dictionary copy of 3 databases from our development machine to our cert machine.
However, when I try to access any of the tables in these databases on cert, I get the error message:
2654 operation not allowed is being restored.
How do I unlock these tables? The colleague is on vacation, the log from the copy job is gone, I have logged in as dbc and tried
to release the locks. I am at a loss.
