We're running 4.0.1.33. There's an important fix for our site in 4.0.1.40, so we're trying to get there this month. Mid-summer we're planning the upgrade to 4.0.2.x.

FWIW, I saw Todd Walters at a user group meeting and for 3.0.x sites he was stongly in favor of skipping 4.0.1 and going directly to 4.0.2.
