Well, I was down in a bank in Mexico, and they did not have CCL enabled. This, of course, was a pain to us. The only thing that
made them take notice was when it was a pain to them! We thought about doing something fancy with dial-back, but the easiest thing
was to have their support group automatically notified via a pager, instead of the machine calling the GSC. But I don't know how
that was arranged.
