What we are trying to do is set up an automatic process that mvs operations could perform if a load went down. I don't even know
if this is possible, but I was told that restarting multiset tables is more problematic than restarting set tables and we would need
a different process to perform a multiset restart in order to avoid loading duplicate rows.
Would the use of inmod's help?
