We use Informatica to load to a SQL server staging database and then use OLE with Fastload to load up to Teradata tables.

Data manipulation within Informatica is very quick and straightforward. Having loaded using Teradata only methods and then manipulation within Teradata, it is quite obviously quicker to use Informatica.
