Please calm down.
I'm currently preparing a note that better outlines my position and it should be ready in the next day or so. I'm currently busy
with other things and I'm admittedly falling behind in my list-owner duties.
There has been a lot of e-mail generated off-list to which I'm responding and I'm taking care of that mail first. I had hoped to
keep this off the list until I could send my upcoming note.
In the mean time, feel free to comment one way or the other.
BTW: It also seems that if fairness was an issue, then Michael Larkins should have identified himself as an employee of the
spammer. You might also note that although the spammer was removed, his employees who are on the TDATA-L list were not. Nor has
their ability to send to the list been restricted.
