You shouldn't compare oranges to apples. While OLELoad is a very efficient bulk load tool into Teradata, DTS is a much broader environment for creating and maintaining data extraction, transformation and load workflows, including scripting and scheduling. In fact, DTS and OLELoad fit nicely together: you can use DTS for workflow management and scheduling, but use OLELoad as a DTS task insted of Data Pump when you need bulk load capabilities. They complement each other, so don't 'replace DTS with the OLE_DB Access module'.
