Hi,

I would like to ask you for a kind advice on some trouble I have with improving performance of import of records into empty tables in the Teradata database, using the ODBC interface. The tables' size is in the range of several MB, the client is MsAccess 2000 and the ODBC version is 2.08.01. The import reaches the speed of about 200 records per minute which I consider extremely slow. I do not want to use Fastload as the data are in Windows and are of relatively small volume. I also want to avoid transferring the data to UNIX or MVS. The T-pump is not available here.
