This may be a variation of what John Schuster had input a couple days ago, but the TeraPass ( www.dfldesigns.com/ ) has been used with GQL (now Hummingbird's BI) very successfully at one of my customers about 3-4 years ago and should still work (through ODBC). You establish a button in a window that executes TeraPass and the user gets a screen to enter information to make the change. Teradata SQL is generated that updates the user's password. GQL (or BI) executes the VB application. As a matter of fact, TeraPass was written specially for they type of requirement.
