Does anyone have any idea what would cause this error msg during a MLOAD. I have never encountered this error before.

     Release 3.00.366
     MultiLoad Utility     Release MLOD.07.03.00
         No other processes running against the database.
     The error ocurred during  Application phase

     Error msg:
      00:11:16 UTY0805 RDBMS failure, 2575: Timed out waiting for lock on

          CPARS.UV_CPRTRACK_TBL
