Having installed OLE-DB V1.0.0

I am seeing the following errors in message boxes when trying to start up the OLEload utility.

"The ordinal 6898 could not be located in the dynamic link library MFC42u.dll"

"Cannot format message (getlasterror returned 87) "

This is on NT Version 4 service pack 5. The DLL, version 4.21.7160 is present in system32 sub-directory on the workstation.

Can anyone help?!
