The 'C' syntax (as per the MS ODBC 2.0 SDK Programmers reference) is ;

- RETCODE SQLRow(hstmt,pcrow)

- hstmt is the statement handle, pcrow is the number of returned rows (probably defined as a 4-byte integer)
