If this is the actual error, then what I believe has happened is that you've defined a Primary key on a table with a NUPI. As a result, the primary key is implemented as a USI which is not supported by MLOAD.

You'll either have to drop and recreate the Primary Key during loads or you'll have to use a utility like TPUMP which can support this Database functionality.
