Hi Paul,

I left a message for Huw Lewis to say that there is a solution to this that can be implemented in the updating of the password expiry date on an ongoing basis and thus can make a userid non-expiring which gets over the issue of crashdumps processing. Crashdumps would be saved all the time it is just the analyse and retrieval process that is hardcoded to use crashdumps as the password.
