Is there a system view that will show what rights have been granted to Public?

I have tried the various rights system views, but can't raise a hit on Public as either a username or databasename.

Users are being created with rights we haven't granted to them, and I thinkit is because Public has these rights. I'd like to see all the rights Public has.
