I just went to the external web site that has all NCR documentation www.info.ncr.com/ and clicked on the Teradata Warehouse Solutions button on the left of the window, then clicked on the Teradata Client link, then clicked on the Access Modules link on the left side of the Window. I scrolled the list of resulting documents and the two of interest are:

The Programming Reference is of interest if you wish to code your own AXSMOD.

The Reference manual discussing the various AXSMODs available.
