I received a note from Brian Marshall announcing that a limited soft-cover version of his book "Introduction and SQL", which has
been sold-out, would be available in 3-4 weeks. He still has copies of his other two books ("Application and Archive/Recovery
Utilities" and "Implementation for Performance").
