The MVS fastload should call this macro as well as far as I know. Only grant users access to the tables and macros they need
access to, not a database lvl. If you give them exec on the macro, they shouldn't need to insert because the macro does that for
them. DBC and Sysadmin should only be granted at table lvl and most users won't have a need to access anything in sysadmin, other
than the log tables for things like fastload.
