Willy,
Don't know exactly what you are trying to do, but I always suggest that when a customer gets a new Teradata system they
immediately establish a database under DBC and allocate 20-25% of the total space available. This database is usually called
'SpoolDB' (could be anything). This database should never be used to take space away for others as this should roughly be the space
needed for Spool and it insures that you will always have at least that much for user spool space.
I believe the error message you are seeing indicates that you don't have enough space allocated to DBC for Dictionary usage. If
you are doing DROP/CREATE tables in your utilities it updates the dictionary. You should always keep enough space in DBC for this
activity as it owns the dictionary. Give it more space and see if they run OK.
