CTIRCEAL in France. This is a banking concern where they do not want to affect OLTP type queries response time to be adversely
affected by DSS type queries. They did this on V2R2. In V2R3 the Fair Share Scheduler is better. It now tries to schedule I/O
resources in addition to CPU resources.
I don't know the temperature in Paris in February. But hey its Paris!
