It is generally dependant upon the level of hardware. 4700/5150 level hardware do fine with 1 GB. 4800/5200s are generally
configured with 2 GBs. There could be other factors such as running things other than TD on the nodes, that could change your need
for memory. The number of VPROCs and the type of workload could also effect memory needs. I work with a number of different
customers running V2R3 on 4700 level hardware with 1 GB of memory and they run fine.
