After a successful migration to V2R3, I noticed in the Installation Guide that the minimum MPP node memory size is now 2 Gbytes, and that 4 Gbytes is recommended. We are currently running with 1 Gbytes per node. I'm looking for input from other Teradata sites on their memory configuration.
