I haven't heard of one - as you pointed out, STATEMENTTEXT in DBC.ACCLOGTBL is limited to 8,192 characters (even in V2R3). This would be the only place where we keep the executed SQL statement - unless you're interested in the CREATE statement, which can be found in DBC.TVM.
