If you're considering a membership to the Teradata Forum, please review the following information:
The volume of Teradata Forum posts can vary a great deal, ranging from a few posts per week to over 50 per day - the average is
around 10 to 15 posts per day.
The Teradata Forum offers two delivery modes:
- Individual Posts: Receive each post as it occurs - this choice is default.
- The Plain-Text Digest: Posts are assembled into a single plain-text Digest.
Members who receive the individual posts generally manage the posts by creating a folder and using a rule to automatically
move the posts into that folder. The Subject Tag for posts from the TeradataForum begins with the string [TDATA-L].
The Teradata Forum protects the information about our individual members and that information will never be shared or sold to a
third-party - please see our
Privacy Statement for details.
If the TeradataForum interests you, please use the sign-up form below for a free membership.
NOTE: Due to on-going problems, the Teradata Forum no longer accepts subscriptions
from domains which provide free e-mail accounts (ie- Hotmail, Yahoo, GMail, Rediffmail, etc). We also refuse subscription requests
from people who use forwarding services (ie- Pobox, etc). We are currently limiting subscribers to either corporate, academic,
government or pay-for-service domains. Details about this prohibition can be found
Here.
NOTE: Some companies have chosen to block all mail from the TeradataForum and we no longer accept subscriptions
from them.
To the best of our knowledge, the following companies block the TeradataForum:
in.tesco.com
satyam.com
Since all mail seems to be blocked by these companies, we're unable to respond to any notes.
If you are experiencing problems or need to make changes to your subscription, please contact the
